I installed Ilsyde's texture pack today in exactly the way explained in the instructions, but now my minecraft crashes when ever I try to play multiplayer. It works perfectly (and looks amazing) in singleplayer though. Did I do something wrong? or is the pack a little bugged? I'm going to try reinstalling minecraft and testing it with and then with out the pack to see whats wrong

Found the problem to be the zan minimap mod, doesn't seem to be playing nice with the latest updates for minecraft

Ohh and the AO just gotten better lighting, which is called (doh) betterlight.

It makes the light smooth gradient into each another.

Also AaGeOn's 128 bit pack is bad ass, he just updated animated water and finished version 1.4, next he plans to reskin the animals and monsters next, can't wait

I am trying to get Ilsyde's texture pack but when It' says paste on step 4 I can only exptract files, which I did, and I can only exract them to the bin folder minecraft.jar wont open

Ok I figuered out how to extrct files to minecraft.jar but Its still looks the same

I picked up the Steampunk one and it's the only one so far that I'm happy with besides the default. I find the other ones are too... pretty for blocks. I also got the compass to work and holy damn I'm loving it.

Cool, because having part of your message end up in the general channel is kinda annoying when communicating with someone via msg. Apart from that, yay, text scrolling, no more crashing for long text ect. Thats good
