This is rediculous. They make the game so that an 8 year old will think it's fun then they charge 15$ for everyone else to play it properly.

I for one do not want to get kicked 21% of the time because I didn't pay an additional 15$ to 50$.
Two re-made maps, and three 'new' maps, 3$/Map. It would be cool if they said, "Hey, we are releasing some maps, what do you guys as a community think we should do?"
After all we are giving them their business.
They announced a "New map-pack" before the game released. This is just infinity ward's attempt to squeegie every last cent out of us gamers.

I'm very split on this.. I really dont want to give them my money with as many hackers as there are floating around in game.. but if we want to keep playing it looks like we will have to.. either way they slap us in the face.

Yeah exactly, and I keep hearing rumors of dedicated servers.
I highly doubt that Infinity Ward will ever add dedicated servers. Atleast not in the next few months.

This would hopefully bring an end to hackers, atleast in our server (asuming we had one). Also they may add rules for servers like maybe no explosives. That would be amazing. I would love to play several games in a row without tubes.

I won't be purchasing this map pack. Screw them.

But they need your money so Activision can pay the legal bills they need to continue to screw over the creators of Modern Warfare!

I know this is hella late but 3 maps is $10, 5 maps is $15, its actually a deal compared to most map packs

best be free or imma be pissed.
