Your story: I have no story until I can find the reason why I was bannedI was just mining like I had been doing all day, I was near bedrock layer when I was banned, I didn't even get questioned or spoken to, just an instant ban. I don't know what I did wrong, I have only been mining for the past 2-3 days while returning to my new home in Ultima to use all the materials I gathered to make a really expensive room. I had already died in lava to lose 40 diamonds and 40 gold

The only evidence I may have is people from my town. I was mining with my neighbour yesterday, and prior to that I had people from my town in my room looking at its design, I was there the entire time. Also helped to mine a few new apartments below my place. Those people could vouch where I was. Kainzo even came to Ultima and was in the empty room next to mine, somebody mentioned he was here because of the diamond, but I didn't understand it at the time. He was in that room for a little while then disappeared.

the problem with your story is that you hit the block several times not just the one you say and that you shouldn't have even been in someone else's house in the first place especially one with a locking system to keep you out. It also doesn't matter if the door was open because it is fairly obvious that the lock was intended to keep people out.

I know, I said i hit the block a couple of times. I didn't notice the message at the bottom of the screen right away. After the message popped up enough times, I noticed that it was not a good idea to hit it. So I backed away and just walked out.
I wish you would give me ONE more chance, I swear to you that I meant no bad intentions. It was all a mistake and I'm truly sorry.

Your story: I was banned by Neo because I was being a "dick"? Not sure how that went. I don't even have a damn story because I have no idea what I did wrong. People are obviously kissing Neo's ass and making bad assumptions about me. Thanks for abusing your powers Neo and not even listening to my side of the story if I even had one in the first place.
Wtf is this?.. I paid $60 for some "privileges" and I get banned because some dude who has issues (Brutalacerate) goes off the switches and freaks out on me for no reason. I'm not here to apologize, I'm here to demand some answers. Banning someone without reason is ridiculous and outright stupid. I'm 20 years old and I'm a mature player, I don't have time for bullshit. If your mods are siding with 12 year olds and their stories then I would do some serious rethinking about who should have power.

i may not have seen all of what had said on this instance but have seen you talk bad about others on other occasions, I also have Brutal and three others that can vouch for why I muted you. I also talked with brutal about how he reacted to you but honestly i cant blame him because of the way you treated him. I also did explain why i banned you, before i did it. If any member of the herocraft staff mutes you should accept it instead of dc'ing to avoid it. This was only going to be a 3 day suspension like i told you but the way you went about the repeal proved to me you have no reason to be on this server.

I was corrected about calling a specific person a pedo by brutal but from many people i got that you were talking about pedo and generally using them towards people. Brutal is a well respected person on this server while you have almost no respect from anyone including the staff. You know why you were banned and fully deserved before when i just suspended you.
