A not so short introduction to valhalla.

Welcome to the new and highly improved Valhalla. Long gone are the times when valhalla was overrun by mobs and murderers. This thanks to the highly improved walls that surround the city, and thanks to the realming that has been given to the town.

The town offers you currently complete stafety from mobs and pvp'ers alike.
Protected plots so nobody steals your valuables, public wheat and tree farms.


In the future the town will even include such modern comfortabilites like a minecart system,and a healing fountain.

JOINING

you may join the town by simply giving me (mcempires) a msg in game or on the forums. or by posting in this thread that you would like to join.

upon joining you accept the town laws and TOP laws.

nothing complicated here. aye.


You may either join up as a normal citizen or a solider In TOP's legions (the omniscience project) .

If you join to the military as a thrall (equals to private) you shall be given out a 6x6x4 housing with full protection in the comfortability of our underground stronghold, Helheim. In addition you will be allowed to wear the official TOP thrall uniform (to be added soon). And like this wouldn't be enough you will be allowed to use the military only farming areas of Valhalla.

If you join as a normal citizen to Valhalla you will be given a free 6x6x4 lot for free
(this only applies till we get our rings) or you may buy any non military lot in valhalla (either ground level or underground). but you will not be allowed to walk in the military only parts of the town.

also as a note i am gonna change all the walls to have a new "smoother" design. got comments from some of the co founders of the town and one of the architechts that they didnt look too good.

this will not affect your stafety dear citizens. i assure. only make valhalla an even nicer place.

also if you got ideas of wall design feel free to build a small sample outside our northern gate or post a picture here.

no we aint dead. its just this globalization. valhalla was in an deep economic depression and what they needed was tourism. so i became their mayor and got the economy up and running.

oh and as a small update I am thinking of building an pvp arena just outside the town.

You already have one, its called "The Wildness" Should rather make it in town, so you can have spectators who is protected while watching.

I refunded the items from your sign. I apologize, I did not realize it was considering grieving.

However under the same rule, I request the return of:

Approximately 2 stacks of wheat & wheat seeds that your men stole from our farm last night. Under the light of the better explained ruleset it's considering grieving and seeing as I returned your goods I request ours returned as well.

On top of that you broke 2 panels of glass and I'd like those back as well.

As much as it PAINS me to do this, I hereby apologize on behalf of the Future Town of Villain's, Blasphemy (which Spongiform is a member)

I apologize for his accusation that it was your men who attacked us, upon further investigation, some of them were once your men, but are not any longer. They do not even appear to be members of Top at all.

I also apologize for the breaking of your building materials, we were originally told that was allowed, but turns out it is not, they were returned to an admin and they will find their way back to you shortly. We asked for more clear greiving rules, so things like that might not happen.

That's about all we apologize for. We looted you a few times, and killed you several, we're Villain's its what we do.

This started because we were starting a town, then you built yours within 100 blocks of us, we had to move. (although I like our new location much more.)

So in short. Sorry for the things we did wrong that were against the rules, and we're not sorry for the things we did that are "wrong" but not against the rules.

TOP law specifies that every TOP citizen must have residence in the capital city (Nova), because of this, every TOP citizen receives a free Apartment (7x7x4) and has the ability, if they wish, to purchase residential or shop lots at a discounted rate.

The free apartments are located in the sub-levels of the mountain, above the public farms, accessed via the main Elevator system. This is to the south west of the town center, right next to the public storage and soon to be built Forge.

The rooms have been pre-cuboided for you, to protect your belongings, and if you wish, your chests and furnaces can be LWC’d (protected) free of charge, just contact either AussieDingbat, Weynard of MatTripp to help you out.

If you have recently joined this town, or another TOP town, and have not received your apartment, please travel to Nova, select a free apartment you would like, and post the details in the Nova thread or contact one of the above in game to set you up.

I'd like to add that Valhala is the place where Valiant and noble warriors go when they die in battle within Norse Religion, hence why Valhala translates into ''Hall of the Slain''.
