The Disposable Heroes policy on success and teamwork for MW2.
1. Teamwork - Use the mic to openly communicate with the team, ensuring to call out what points are being capped or defended. If no decisions are being made on what point to defend/capture, take the initiative and call something out. If you do not like using TEXT chat or MIC communication for team play, DO NOT BOTHER PLAYING.
2. Competitive Conduct - Refrain from over the top outbursts towards other players unless provoked. The more aggressive communication used, the more likely the opposition will retaliate through glitching, hacking, or tube. Maintain a positive attitude while in scrimmages. Play with class or don't play at all.
3. Grenade Launchers (Aka Tubes) - The use of grenade launchers shall only be used in retaliation to those using grenade launchers or the worthless players who choose to participate in hacks (wall or aim). Grenade launchers will not be used to get the shotgun attachment unless one of the two statements were done.
4. Akimbos - The use of akimbo weapons are permitted unless a scrimmage or match with TWL is active. Akimbo weapons may be frowned upon but are part of the game and should be used whenever deemed necessary.
5. Airstrikes - The FIRST person ABOVE level 30 to die by an airstrike MUST use a Stinger launcher and get it down. If for whatever reason the first person is unable to get down the airstrike, the first person must announce so in chat stating they were unable to get it down and require assistance.
